What changes for your practice

Hours back in your week

Early-stage qualification — destinations, dates, party size, budget, preferences — is handled before you enter the picture. The 45-minute discovery call becomes a five-minute brief. Those hours add up fast.

📋

A brief, not a blank slate

Every client arrives with a structured trip profile already built. You read it before you speak. You already know what they want, what they've considered, and what questions are still open.

🤝

You're closing, not starting

When you already know the client's priorities before the first conversation, the dynamic shifts immediately. They're not a lead — they're a prepared traveler ready to move forward.

How it works, step by step

1

Traveler plans with Adrian

Your prospective client works through their trip with Adrian — cruise regions, ship preferences, travel dates, party details, budget, excursion interests, and more. Sessions run 60–90 minutes for a full trip plan. The rabbit holes are real and they're valuable.

2

A structured brief is built

Everything is organized into a clean profile — not a raw transcript. Party details, destination preferences, budget range, open questions, advisor flags. Ready to read in five minutes.

3

You receive the handoff

With the traveler's permission, the brief comes to you by email. You review it before any contact. When you reach out, you already know their trip, their priorities, and where they are in the decision process.

4

You take it from there

Pricing, availability, itinerary refinement, booking — that's your expertise. Peregrine gets the client to the starting line fully prepared. You do what you're actually good at.
